Westminster Bridge Closed After 'Suspicious Vehicle' Left Near Parliament

Police have closed Westminster Bridge after a “suspicious vehicle” was found parked near the Houses of Parliament.

MP Kevin Hollinrake tweeted that a controlled explosion was happening on the bridge.

However, no explosion has yet been heard, and others are reporting that the driver is being escorted back to his car.

Police report they have found nothing suspicious.
