As the Democratic Party’s biggest names head back to Hollywood this week to raise money, the Los Angeles Police Department is warning citizens to avoid certain areas of the city, and has forecast major traffic delays and announced the grounding of unauthorized air traffic.

President Obama was scheduled to arrive in Los Angeles at 2 p.m. Thursday, and will disrupt multiple areas of the city to attend a fundraiser at the Beverly Hills home of Tyler Perry, which will be followed by a “discussion” fundraiser at the Pacific Palisades home of TV producer Chuck Lorre, reports TheWrap.

250 people re expected to attend the Tyler Perry event, and will contribute anywhere between $2,500 to $33,400 each. The Democratic National Committee has announced roughly 30 people are expected to attend Lorre’s fundraiser, and could also contribute up to $33,400 per person.

Hillary Clinton will be in Los Angeles Friday, where she will again disrupt traffic to attend fundraisers at the homes of Janine and Peter Lowy, Sonny Ward and Michael Lombardo, and Tobey and Jennifer Maguire.

Clinton’s three events are being sponsored by her campaign; meaning individuals attending can donate a maximum of $2,700.

The Los Angeles Police Department has issued a traffic advisory (via TheWrap), and the following areas and activities will be disrupted:
