Tuesday on Fox News Channel’s “The Kelly File,” Republican presidential hopeful Carly Fiorina responded to suggestions that her rhetoric describing the practices of Planned Parenthood may have inspired last week’s shooting at a Colorado Springs, CO Planned Parenthood clinic.

Fiorina denied her statements were over the top and she said she would not back down from those previous statements.

“I haven’t used hyperbolic rhetoric about Planned Parenthood,” Fiorina said. “I’ve spoken the truth and I will continue to speak the truth.”

Fiorina went on to describe herself as “Hillary Clinton’s worst nightmare” and that she could be effectively combat attacks the so-called “war on women” from the left.

“They are taking issue because they do not like the message,” she added. “And this messenger will not be silenced.”
