Major League Baseball has released the design of its official ball caps commemorating the victims of last week’s shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida.

The caps are designed as replicas of those worn by the high school’s baseball team, MLB said with its February 21 debut, ABC reports.

All major league teams will wear the commemorative caps during warm-up practices. Each team will also be permitted to wear the hats during game time.

The Florida Marlins have announced that they will wear the caps once their spring training schedule starts on Friday. The Marlins will play against the St. Louis Cardinals in Jupiter.

Marlins rookie outfielder Lewis Brinson, who hails from nearby Coral Springs, Florida, said he has visited some of the victims of the shooting, the Sun Sentinel reported.

“I wanted to go visit them. It doesn’t matter if they were brother, if they were kin, if they were kids I never met before,” the player said. I wanted to show them I’m here for them. We’re all thinking about them, and I know the city of Parkland and the state of Florida is behind those kids. They’re warriors. The stuff that they’ve been through — 17-, 16-, 15-year-olds shouldn’t have to go through.”
