Facebook has reportedly paid a 10-year-old boy from Finland  $10,000 after hacking Instagram’s comment section.

The boy, called Jani, hacked into the system and altered the code on the platform’s servers, thus allowing him to delete user posts.

“I would have been able to eliminate anyone, even Justin Bieber,” he said.

The 10-year-old has become the youngest ever recipient of a cash reward from Facebook for hacking into its products.

The record was previously set by a 13-year-old back in 2013 who was working as part of a Facebook bounty operation.

The new record holder is not even technically allowed to use Facebook, as its guidelines state that users must be older than 13 to use the service.
