CDC: Prescription Drug Abuse Reaching 'Epidemic' Levels

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) says that prescription drug abuse is an “epidemic” in America, according to the Washington Post. Addiction to Rx pills such as painkillers is overtaking “street drugs” such as heroin and cocaine.
