Moulton: It’s Not a Good Thing That the Dem Nomination Is a Three-Way Race

On Friday’s “MSNBC Live,” former 2020 presidential candidate Representative Seth Moulton (D-MA) stated that it isn’t a good thing that the race for the 2020 Democratic nomination is a three-way race, and lamented the fact that 2020 candidate Montana Governor Steve Bullock (D) isn’t included in the next debate.

Moulton said that getting in the race late “was more of a handicap than I imagined because of the system that the DNC has set up, having the debates so early. Look, I don’t think it’s a good thing that it’s become a three-person race. I think voices like the voice of Governor Bullock, the only governor from a state that Trump won, should be included in the debate. But that’s not really the system that we have and the race that’s resulted.”
