The Times of Israel reports:

The family of a Palestinian terrorist who carried out a shooting attack in Jerusalem earlier in the week were expelled from the capital to the West Bank, the Israel Police said Thursday.

Fouad Tamimi seriously injured two Border Police officers, leaving one in critical condition, in a drive-by shooting attack on Salah a-Din Street, near Jerusalem’s Damascus Gate, on Tuesday afternoon.

A police check found that Tamimi’s father and some siblings were found to be living in the capital without permits. Haaretz newspaper said Thursday that the killer’s mother, who has Israeli residency, took her four underage children to join her husband and four other offspring.
