Houston, Texas — King Street Patriots, the Tea Party movement group founded by Catherine Engelbrecht of True the Vote, is hosting a benefit to raise funds for the building of an underground hospital in Israel.
Texas Lt. Governor David Dewhurst will be joined by Former Mossad Director Ephraim Halevy to highlight our ally’s need for the Assaf Harofeh Underground Emergency Hospital Project.
“King Street is proud to open our pocketbooks and help offer new funding for one of Israel’s premiere medical systems,” Engelbrecht said. “Helping to raise funds for things like the Assaf Harofeh Underground Emergency Hospital Project is relatively new ground for grassroots liberty groups to work upon – but we’re happy to blaze a trail.” Engelbrecht added: “Israeli security is and will remain one of the most complex geopolitical issues before us. At the very least we can all agree that secure, expanded access to western medicine in the region will benefit all.”
