Montana Republican congressional candidate Aaron Flint told Breitbart News Washington Bureau chief Matthew Boyle that “the anti-American left” are “flooding” his state with cash “because they want to get an AOC-endorsed socialist elected in the heartland” of the United States.

“I spent over 20 years in the military,” Flint said, before noting that his opponent spent about “two seasons as a smokejumper,” and “pretends to be this poor, blue collar, working class guy, while he was a high-paid lobbyist for the ACLU and Planned Parenthood.”

Flint went on to say that his opponent “worked to raise property taxes and to stick people with a sales tax” in the cities of Missoula and Bozeman.

Notably, Flint is running for Montana’s 1st Congressional District, which covers western Montana, including cities like Missoula, Bozeman, Kalispell, and Butte.

“The left is flooding the state full of cash for this race, because they want to get an AOC-endorsed socialist elected in the heartland of America,” the Republican candidate declared.

“That’s why we need everybody here in the First District Western Montana to get out and vote,” Flint asserted, adding that his election win would mean “we can keep Western Montana from turning into Portland.”

Flint also noted that President Donald Trump brought “massive energy” to his congressional district through rallies, adding, “We had two successful debates where we just crushed our far-left opponent. We exposed him.”

“I’m a guy who joined the military after the 9/11 terror attacks. My opponent is a far-left lobbyist who lobbied in support of sanctuary cities for criminal and illegal aliens. And he’s aligning himself with Hasan Piker who said America deserved 9/11,” he said.

“We’ve been out-spent before. We are bot getting out-worked right now,” Flint added, before encouraging any listeners who are interested in donating to his campaign to visit his website.

“Think about if an AOC, Ilhan Omar, Hasan Piker-aligned candidate were to win in the heartland of America, in Western Montana,” the Republican candidate warned. “Think about the propaganda, the coup that would be for the anti-American left.”

Flint added, “That’s why the anti-American left is flooding this state full of cash right now.”
