Monday night on MSNBC while President Barack Obama addressed the nation after the grand jury announcement that Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson will not face charges for fatally shooting Michael Brown, a split screen showed rioters attacking a police car with audio of screams and police orders ringing out over the president’s statement.
