Ambassador Susan Rice to explain the attack that killed four Americans. The administration later disowned Rice's claim it was a spontaneous protest hijacked by extremists.Psaki says most documents already are public.The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee subpoenaed the records last month. Republican members believe the talking points may have been modified for political reasons.Psaki says the administration has provided 25,000 pages of documents for congressional review. She says Congress should focus on helping provide better security at U.S. diplomatic posts abroad.
