Obama: Time To Engage In Diplomacy With Cuba

AP: Presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama wants to pursue direct diplomacy with Cuba and Latin America, saying the U.S. has failed to engage the region with respect. But he also criticizes Cuba for treatment of its citizens.
