GM To Invest $500 Million In Small Car

AP: General Motors provided a preview of its latest global compact car aimed at tackling customer aversion to older gas-guzzling models. On Wall Street, the Dow gained 12 points to 11,430. The S&P 500 rose 3 points to 1,277. The Nasdaq dropped 8 points to 2,380. Crude oil rose $5.62 a barrel to $121.18 in New York trade.
