Five Killed, 10 Seriously Injured After Van Blows Tire on Louisiana Interstate

WAFB: Troopers said the accident involved a minivan and a refrigerator box truck. Everyone killed or injured in the crash was in the minivan. Investigators reported it appears the minivan had a blowout, causing it to side-swipe the box truck. Both vehicles were heading westbound at the time. The minivan flipped over and landed in the eastbound lanes.
