One Dead, Off-Duty Officer Shot & Wounded in Philadelphia

AP: Police say an off-duty Philadelphia officer was shot in an attempted robbery and a second person has been killed in the shooting. Police say the 23-year-old officer was taken to the hospital Wednesday where he’s listed in stable condition.
