CSPAN Caller Wants Constitution Amended To Allow Obama Third Term

Annoyed with the GOP, Lawrence from the Bronx called into C-SPAN to ask guest Brendan Doherty whether he believed the constitution could be amended so that President Obama could run for three terms.
