LAS VEGAS, Nevada — Republican frontrunner Donald Trump romped to victory in the Nevada caucuses on Tuesday evening, and thanked many people in his victory speech, among them Steve Wynn.

Wynn, the owner of the Wynn hotel across the Las Vegas Strip from Trump’s victory party at the Treasure Island, had hosted the Democratic debate in October, though he is a Republican.

At the time, Wynn suggested that he would be open to supporting Hillary Clinton for president.

Now, evidently, he is a full Trump supporter.

Trump said:

And another great friend of mine, somebody respected by everybody … Mr. and Mrs. Steve Wynn. Stand up, Steve. Stand up. Two great people.

Steve is always calling. He’s always got advice. Right, Steve? “Donald, I think you ought to do this, and that.” His advice, I like to listen to, I’ll be honest with you.

Wynn did mention in October that he was giving advice to Trump, including encouraging him not to run as a third party candidate.
