President Obama held a joint press conference with President Park Geun-hye on Tuesday to discuss the growing concerns with the North Korean regime and to reaffirm the U.S.-Korean relationship. President Obama was asked about the inaction by the U.S. Government after intelligence reports indicate that the Assad’s Syrian regime has been using chemical weapons which was declared a “red line” by President Obama. Obama responded by saying that the intelligence of chemical weapons is “perceived” and that he can’t take action on “perception” without more evidence.
