During the CNN GOP Presidential debate last night Senator Rick Santorum explained his support for Arlen Specter by claiming that he had made a “deal” with his colleague to support President Bush’s judicial nominees.
Specter today said that he “made no promise” to support anyone and that the conversation never happened.
