Freedom Partners “Closing Arguments” Avoid Key Issues

A super PAC tied to the Koch brothers, Freedom Partners Action Fund, is spending $6.5 million on advertising across six states in what’s being framed as “closing arguments.”

The ads shy away from hot button issues like immigration, or Ebola, instead seeking “to link Democratic Senate candidates to President Obama, using what the group said were testimonials from residents in each state”.

The ads will run in Alaska, Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, New Hampshire and North Carolina, each ending with a state resident claiming a vote for that particular Democrat is ultimately a vote for Obama.
