Video shows a paparazzo taunting “Everybody Loves Raymond” star Brad Garrett about a racial comment he allegedly made earlier in the week. Garrett proceeds to “bitchslap” the wrong guy, TMZ reports, smashing the TMZ photog’s camera into his face.
