Boehner: Americans Aren't Asking 'Where the Hell Tax Returns Are'

House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) defended Mitt Romney on the Hill on Wednesday, saying, Americans “are asking, ‘Where are the jobs?’ They’re not asking, ‘Where the hell the tax returns are.'”
