Barack Obama has decided he doesn’t want to be a normal President. He wants what he wants, never mind the rules. So, yesterday he made a recess appointment for Richard Cordray to head an agency that has no Congressional oversight. Nevermind that the Senate wasn’t in recess. There’s a reelection to attend to.
