The abortion industry and its allies are celebrating the Supreme Court’s 5-3 decision that strikes down a Texas law requiring abortion clinics to maintain the same health and safety standards as other outpatient surgical facilities.
The law was one of several measures that former Texas state Sen. Wendy Davis had filibustered three years ago, an event that won her acclaim with the pro-abortion media and propelled an eventual failed gubernatorial bid.
Today made that day 3 yrs ago all worth it! So grateful 2 all the women who shared their stories. #WholeWomensHealth pic.twitter.com/vwHx8C7ZCg

The abortion industry has endorsed presumptive Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton who has said unborn babies have no constitutional rights and that, if elected, she would work to repeal the Hyde Amendment, a provision that prohibits taxpayer funding of abortion. Clinton tweeted:
This fight isn't over: The next president has to protect women's health. Women won't be "punished" for exercising their basic rights. -H
