In the dying days of the “climate change” fraud, the political hacks who used to to frighten so much power and money out of the populace have grown absolutely comical in their desperation. The people who used to sneer that global warming “deniers” were “anti-science,” and the moral equivalent of Holocaust deniers, have been reduced to wearing wooden voodoo masks and shaking skull-tipped medicine staffs in their final effort to shake a little more cash from those who still fear the Angry Sky Gods.
Case in point: a resolution written by House Democrats calling on Congress to recognize that “climate change” will hit women particularly hard… driving them into “transactional sex” to survive. In other words, climate change causes prostitution.
Specifically, the resolution claims that “food insecure women with limited socioeconomic resources may be vulnerable to situations such as sex work, transactional sex, and early marriage that put them at risk for HIV, STIs, unplanned pregnancy, and poor reproductive health.”
No, this is not satire. This is a real Congressional resolution, and the gibbering lunatics who wrote it, led by Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA), are actual sitting members of Congress.
Perhaps someone should tell these idiots that the flailing climate-change charlatans have lately taken to claiming that, since there is NO global warming, and all of their climate models were proven incorrect, the man-made warming they so fervently believe in has actually been suppressing a naturally scheduled period of global cooling. In other words, in their haste to conceal their previous folly and dishonesty, the climate-change crowd is saying that man-made global warming held the planet’s temperature relatively stable. And the benefits of these warmer temperatures include… increased food production.
I’ll say this much in defense of Rep. Lee’s time-wasting foolishness: “climate change” already has turned a lot of scientists into prostitutes.
