Court Tosses FCC 'Wardrobe Malfunction' Fine

AP: A federal appeals court has thrown out a $550,000 fine against CBS for the 2004 Super Bowl halftime show that ended with Janet Jackson’s breast-baring “wardrobe malfunction.”
