18 Killed in China Chemical Plant Explosion

At least 18 people have been killed after a series of explosions at a chemical factory in southwestern China. Officials in Guangxi province in southwestern China have evacuated more than 11,000 residents from their homes after several explosions ripped through a chemical plant.
