Anne Hathaway's Ex Wants Presidential Pardon

The New York Post reports that Raffaello Follieri, the ex-con and ex-beau of Oscar winner Anne Hathaway, has some big plans to jolt his business career.

Follieri pled guilty to 14 counts of conspiracy, money laundering and wire fraud and spent several years in jail, according to ABC News. Now, he wants to clear his record to move on to the next stage of his business life.

“He claims to be purchasing an energy company in Switzerland,” a source told The Post’s Richard Johnson. “He’s having a hard time getting cash. He can’t figure out why, duh….” Follieri can’t return to the US as a felon. “He misses America, and when he gets enough money he wants to lobby for a presidential pardon.”
