Aziz Ansari Begs Millennials to Vote: Trump ‘Hates Brown People’

Actor Aziz Ansari ripped Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in a profanity-laced one-minute voter registration PSA meant to encourage millennials to vote on Election Day.

Ansari, the creator and star of the Emmy-nominated Netflix comedy Master of None, began the clip by asking “how many celebrities have made these stupid f*cking videos?”

“Robert Downey Jr. made one, DiCaprio made one, Jennifer Lawrence made one,” a visibly angry Ansari says. “These people are way more famous than me! Why do you need me?”

Ansari repeatedly downplays that fact that him making a get-out-the-vote video is going to “make a difference” in the election because “there’s a f*cking guy running that says he hates brown people.”

“That’s not enough?!” the comedian furiously asks.

Continuing his assault on Trump, Ansari said: “He doesn’t believe in climate change! Do you realize how dumb you have to be to not believe in climate change at this point? Go vote! Please!”

The ad, titled, “Aziz Ansari Wants You to Vote,” is part of environmental nonprofit organization NextGen Climate’s #WHYWEVOTE initiative, which targets millennial voters through celebrity ad campaigns.

Ansari has been a vocal critic of Trump for some time.

In June, the former Parks and Recreation star wrote an essay in the New York Times blasting Trump for his “vitriolic” “hate speech,” which the actor says has instilled fear in the Muslim-American members in his family.

“Today, with the presidential candidate Donald J. Trump and others like him spewing hate speech, prejudice is reaching new levels,” Ansari wrote. “It’s visceral, and scary, and it affects how people live, work and pray. It makes me afraid for my family. It also makes no sense.”

In a tweet linking to his Times essay, the comedian told Trump to “go f*ck himself.”

The ad is set to run in the key battleground states of Nevada, New Hampshire, and Pennsylvania until the November 8 election.
