‘Hoppers’ tops North American box office with $46M

March 8 (UPI) — Animated adventure Hoppers is the No. 1 movie in North America, earning $46 million in receipts this weekend, BoxOfficeMojo.com announced Sunday.

Coming in at No. 2 is Scream 7 with $7.3 million, followed by The Bride! at No. 3 with $7.3 million, GOAT at No. 4 with $7.3 million and Wuthering Heights at No. 5 with $3.8 million.

Rounding out the top tier are Crime 101 at No. 6 with $2.1 million, Send Help at No. 7 with $1.6 million, I Can Only Imagine 2 at No. 8 with $1.5 million, EPiC: Elvis Presley in Concert at No. 9 with $1.5 million and Demon Slayer at No. 10 with $1.3 million.
