President Donald Trump said Facebook should explain why they hired Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer’s daughter to work for them.

“I know that Schumer’s daughter works for Facebook, which I just found out about today,” Trump said. “I was surprised and disappointed to learn that because nobody knew that.”

The president commented on Facebook as he left the White House to travel to his Mar-a-Lago club for the Thanksgiving holiday.

The New York Times reported on Wednesday that Schumer intervened on Facebook’s behalf last Summer. It also revealed that Schumer’s daughter Allison is a market manager in Facebook’s New York Office.

“They have some real explaining to do, how they’re so Democrat oriented – all of them,” Trump said about the social media company run by Mark Zuckerberg.
