Governor Mike Huckabee appeared on Breitbart News on Saturday and gave one quote that Huffington Post seemed to think was the most important news of the day on Sunday, likely because the lefty online newser thinks it can be exploited to help Obama’s failing Iran nuke deal.

All day on Sunday, despite what was going on in the rest of the world, Huffington Post featured Breitbart’s Mike Huckabee interview as the left media continues its search of any Republican “gaffe” to highlight in order to help push Obama’s disastrous Iran deal over the finish line.

On Saturday morning on Breitbart’s Sirius XM Patriot channel 125 program, Huckabee told Breitbart’s editor-in-chief Alexander Marlow that Obama’s Iran deal was the worst of all worlds, not just for the U.S.A. but also for Israel. In fact, Huckabee thought that Obama was essentially setting up Israel for another Holocaust.

Governor Huckabee was quite direct, saying:

This president’s foreign policy is the most feckless in American history. It is so naive that he would trust the Iranians. By doing so, he will take the Israelis and march them to the door of the oven. This is the most idiotic thing, this Iran deal. It should be rejected by both Democrats and Republicans in Congress and by the American people. I read the whole deal. We gave away the whole store. It’s got to be stopped.

Naturally, the “door of the oven” comment sent the left media off in a tizzy, and Huffington Post saw their angle to assist Obama’s Iran deal by featuring the story all day Sunday.

Huffington Post also quickly updated the story to note the fact that Democratic National Committee Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz demanded that Huckabee “apologize to the Jewish community” for the comment she claimed was an unacceptably “cavalier analogy to the Holocaust.”

Despite the attack by Wasserman Schultz and several other liberals, Huckabee is standing by his comment.

“Gov. Huckabee has always said the Iran deal was a bad deal, that means bad for America and bad for Israel,” Huckabee spokeswoman Alice Stewart told Breitbart news via email. “He meant what he said.”
