Pelosi: 'Why Are We Stalling' On Fiscal Cliff?

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi said Friday that stalling on a solution on the “fiscal cliff” is harmful to confidence for consumers and the market. She added “When the last minute is the last day of the month, I think that that’s not right.”
