Al Sharpton: Trump ‘Polarizer-in-Chief,’ ‘Channels’ Racism

Thursday on France 24, MSNBC host Al Sharpton said President Donald Trump is a “polarizer-in-chief” who “channels” racism.

HOST: What exactly is Donald Trump up to? You’ve known him for years, fellow New Yorkers, of course, do you think that deep down Donald Trump is a racist?

SHARPTON: I think that deep down he is the only one that knows. But I certainly think he plays racism, he channels it, and he has used every opportunity to forward it, which is even worse if he’s not that and just pretending to be that.
