Did ABC News' Stephanopoulos Have Advance Knowledge Of Contraception Issue When He Sprung Topic At Jan Debate?

“Do you believe that states have the right to ban contraception, or is that trumped by a constitutional right to privacy?” - Question from George Stephanopoulos during New Hampshire debate in early January.

At the time it seemed like a very unusual topic for the New Hampshire debate. In fact, most commentators were complaining that the debate wasted so much time on the obscure topic of contraception and federal mandates superseding state's rights.
