Chicago Teachers Stalling Negotiations To Keep Union Bosses' Jobs

WGN Chicago is reporting that the negotiations were slowed down yesterday because a new policy could cost 28% of “union leaders” to lose their positions. The CTU found that unacceptable and has drawn out the talks for another day.
