AZ Sheriff: ISIS Likely Way into Homeland Is Unsecured Border

Friday on Fox News Channel’s “Your World With Neil Cavuto,” Pinal Co. AZ Sheriff Paul Babeu said if “123,000 illegals just here in the Tucson sector can get through” then terrorists like returning ISIS fighters would likely exploit that weakness.

Babeu said, “It’s not going to stop and until we secure the border, again I publicly thank and praise governor Perry of Texas, asserting the 10th Amendment, where in the absence of the federal government, one of the duties of the president, he has failed to do.”

“He ignores and he flaunts it,” he continued. “His job is to protect our country, here at home, secure the border, because if 123,000 illegals just here in the Tucson sector can get through, then all across the border clearly the border is not secured and then we have this national security threat. We have our enemy in ISIS, far across the globe, threatening to come here. The likely avenue of approach for our enemy is threw unsecured borders.”
