Police say A 60-year-old Louisiana man was arrested on drunken driving charges after they nearly crashed into him while he was riding a lawnmower without its lights just after midnight Tuesday.
According to police Edward Duke (picture above) was arrested on DWI charges and operating an unsafe vehicle after failing field sobriety tests. Officers later found an outstanding warrant for Duke from a previous DWI charge six years ago in New Mexico.
He was taken to Terrebonne Parish Jail.
