The Times of Israel reports: Some 150 hikers in the Judean Desert needed to be rescued after being caught in the first heavy rainfall of the season Monday morning. The hikers were in Nahal Og, which like other stream beds near the Dead Sea often sees flash flooding during heavy rains.
