Is Ryan Lochte’s new hair blue or white?

RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 1 (UPI) — As if 11 Olympic medals aren’t enough to intimidate his opponents, now Ryan Lochte is showing follicle fortitude.

Lochte, 31, dyed his hair light blue for the Rio de Janeiro Olympics. He took to Instagram Monday to give props to stylist Jenn Jones for his new look. The color of his hair is debatable from the pictures, despite Lochte’s “#lightblue” hashtag on the photos.

Lochte is a five-time gold medalist.
