Robin Thicke and April Love Geary expecting first child

Aug. 18 (UPI) — Model April Love Geary has announced via Instagram she and singer Robin Thicke are expecting their first child.

“Robin and I are very excited to share with you all that we’re having a baby! The due date is March 1st, [Robin’s late father] Alan’s birthday!” Geary captioned a sonogram image of the fetus dated Aug. 14.

Geary, 22, and Thicke, 40, have been dating since 2014, People magazine noted.

Thicke has a 7-year-old son, Julian Fuego, with his ex-wife, actress Paula Patton, whom he married in 2005. Their divorce was finalized in March 2015, but a custody battle regarding Julian was not resolved until this year.

Thicke’s father, Alan, who starred on the 1980s sitcom, Growing Pains, died in 2016 at the age of 69.
