Sheikh Khalifa issues Federal Decree appointing six new judges to Federal Court of First Instance


WAM ABU DHABI, 20th October, 2013 (WAM) — President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has issued a Federal Decree appointing six new judges to the Federal Court of the First Instance.




The new judges were sworn in before Dr. Hadef bin Jowan Al Dhahiri, Minister of Justice.




The newly appointed judges are: Ahmed Mohamed Ibrahim Al Shaklini, Khaled Abdel-Kader Saleh Mohammed Kesi, Salah Al Tayeb Salah Hamad Madani, Ammar Mohammed Al-Jilani, Mustafa Mahmoud Abkr Mohammed Omar as heads of the First Instance Court of the second category, and Mudathir Mohammed Al Awadh Al Amam as a judge of the third category.




During the meeting at the Ministry of Justic, Dr. Hadef welcomed the new judges, stressing that members of the judiciary have great responsibilities due to the importance of their roles and responsibilities in achieving justice and truth.




He also called for their keen interest in the application of the provisions of the U.A.E. Constitution and laws as the basis for the functioning of judicial work.




The ceremony of legal swearing-in was attended by Mohammed bin Hamad Al Badi, Under-Secretary of the Ministry of Justice.
