Teacher Mistakes Janitor for Intruder, Hits Him in Ribs With Flashlight During Lockdown

KRQE: On the other side of the door was teacher Aldolphus Washington. The report said Washington didn’t know who was on the other side of the door and armed himself with a flashlight.



In his own statement Washington said he hit the janitor in the ribs with the flashlight. He then grabbed another weapon to stop the intruder when he noticed Tellez standing behind the janitor.
