State Dept: Assad Won't Feel Just 'Pin Prick' When U.S. Responds

State Department Deputy Spokeswoman Marie Harf told the press pool on Friday that despite some reports, the United States response to the Assad regime’s use of chemical weapons would be a significant event. Harf concluded that Assad “will know when it happens.”
