Walker to Trump: We Don’t Need an Apprentice in the White House

Wednesday during CNN’s Republican presidential debate, Gov. Scott Walker (R-WI) and his opponent, Donald Trump, got into a heated exchange in which Walker highlighted Trump’s political inexperience.

Walker said, “Mr. Trump, we don’t need an apprentice in the White House, we have one right now. He told us all the things we wanted to hear back in 2008. We don’t know who you are, where you’re going. We need someone that can actually get the job done and you’ve talked about business.”

Trump interpreted, “Excuse me — in Wisconsin you’re losing .$2.2 billion.”

Walker continued, “Mr. Trump, you’re using the talks points of the Democrats…We balanced a budget. You want to talk about balanced budgets, you took four major projects into bankruptcy, over and over and over again. You can’t take America into bankruptcy.”
