Monday in an appearance with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, President Donald Trump told the press in attendance in Jerusalem that he never mentioned Israel during his Oval Office meeting with Russian diplomats.
Trump said, “Just so you understand I never mentioned the word or the name Israel. I never mentioned during the conversation. They’re all saying I did, so you have another story wrong. Never mentioned the word ‘Israel.”
