Obama: I Didn't Delay Obamacare Employer Mandate 'On My Own'

On Friday, President Obama was asked why he had chosen to delay the employer mandate on Obamacare.

He responded by claiming he didn’t choose to delay the business mandate to buy insurance for employees “on my own” but in “consultation with businesses around the country… concerned about the operational details of changing their HR operations.” 

Obama also said the delay didn’t “go to the core of implementation.”
