Romney knocks Obama for 'weak' jobs report

WASHINGTON, April 6 (UPI) —
Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney Friday attacked U.S. President Barack Obama for what he called a “weak and very troubling jobs report” for March.

The Labor Department said Friday the U.S. economy added 120,000 jobs in March, down from 240,000 in February, and the unemployment rate went from 8.3 percent to 8.2 percent.

Romney has often argued that as the former chief executive of Bain Capital, he is better equipped than Obama to handle the country’s economic crisis, The New York Times reported.
