More sad details are emerging about the final hours of pop singer Whitney Houston.

The Wrap:

Whitney Houston’s final autopsy report has been issued by the Los Angeles Coroner’s Office, offering an idea of the extent to which the deceased singer ingested cocaine before her death.

According to the report, “a small spoon with a white crystal-like substance” was discovered in the bathroom of Houston’s hotel suite, where she was found dead. The spoon was sitting next to a “rolled up piece of white paper” on top of the sink counter. Also on the counter: a bottle of prescription medications and “a ripped open small plastic bag.”
